Dairy:

Water Buffalo Dairy: From hand milked happy cows. Made on the farm using traditional techniques and the highest quality ingredients.

  • Raw Milk | Raw Fresh Cheese | Gelato Base - made with our eggs, high quality natural vanilla

  • *currently not able to sell because our animals are milked in the pasture and not on a concrete slab, along with some other laws specifying how milk can be collected from an animal to be considered safe for sale. contact your state legislator to suggest that small farms be exempt from having to meet the same production standards of giant producers.

Honey: From bees raised organically, foraging a wide variety of pollen and nectar sources. Honey is always raw, never heated, from bees never treated with chemicals or drugs.
