Farm Tour & Buffalo Burgers!

Come experience an in-depth farm tour with farmer Sarah Roland followed by delicious Buffalo Burgers! Sarah will guide you on a 1-1.5 hour farm tour to see regenerative agriculture in action. Come meet the Water Buffalo! Following the tour, you can stick around to purchase and enjoy Buffalo Burgers and homemade ice cream. Bring an ice chest if you would like to purchase farm-fresh goods at the tour.

Sliding scale of $15-$30 per person for the tour. All proceeds go to keeping our farm sustainable! Please contribute what you are able.

Begin your day by milking our water buffalo alongside farmer Sarah Roland, who will guide you through the journey of fresh milk—from soil to teat. Following the milking tour, guest instructor Meches Moreno will lead a hands-on class demonstrating how fresh milk is transformed into cheese, butter, and mozzarella. Afterward, enjoy a light farm-to-table lunch featuring ingredients sourced right from the farm!

Two Day Fermentation Class with Sandor Katz

Sandor Ellix Katz is a fermentation revivalist. He is the author of five books: Wild Fermentation; The Art of Fermentation; The Revolution Will Not Be Microwaved; Fermentation as Metaphor; and his latest, Fermentation Journeys. Sandor's books, along with the hundreds of fermentation workshops he has taught around the world, have helped to catalyze a broad revival of the fermentation arts. A self-taught experimentalist who lives in rural Tennessee, the New York Times calls him “one of the unlikely rock stars of the American food scene.” Sandor is the recipient of a James Beard award and other honors.
